For any activities outside of the regular monthly meetings, each committee chairman shall report by the 5^th of the month their monthly activities into the club website. 

Go to the members section of our website :

Select:     Committee
                View Committee

Next to your committee name select:

                Details 
                File Committee Report
                Select the calendar year
                Select the month of the year the activity occurs
                Add activity – all fields with a * are required

               Submit

Once you "submit" the activity will be listed on the committee home page and will automatically record the hours in the monthly report.  Please do this for each separate event during the month.

I suggest it is done weekly, and all monthly entries are due by the 5^th of the next month.

If not completed, your activities and hours will not be recorded on the monthly report.
